At Thin Line Services, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients to explore their mental health needs. We specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, life stage struggles, and more. We are dedicated to helping military and first responders, as well as secondary responders and civilians, find the support they need to thrive.

Our telehealth services allow you to access mental health care from the comfort of your own home, on a schedule that works with yours.
Therapeutic Surf Retreat
We are proud to partner with Dahlia Surf School in Daytona Beach, FL to offer you a 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive therapeutic surf retreat on location in Daytona Beach.
Customized Solutions
In addition to our therapy services, we offer consultation and workshops to organizations worldwide. We can work with your organization to develop customized solutions that address your unique mental health needs.
Meet
Nikole Johnson, LCSW
Nikole Johnson, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in CT and NC, and a board certified supervisor of LCSW-A's in NC. Nikole has had many years of experience working with and treating folks in the military, police, and fire departments. Nikole has also helped parents navigate their relationship with their children, individuals learn to better communicate with their spouses, late high school-aged teens deal with the stressors of selecting a college and major, etc.
In her spare time, she hangs out with her family. Nikole enjoys finding new places to eat, hiking, swimming, reading, D&D, working out, traveling, and visiting with friends.

Consultations/Workshop pricing will vary based on duration and travel.
